Are we broken? A pantoum reflection.
Today the world we know is shattered glass,
thrown unthinking to the floor and heel ground,
love and like sharded in a dark impasse:
we splinter in our reflections, our souls unbound.
Thrown unthinking to the floor and heel ground,
our love and like is mirrored black: broken,
we splinter in our reflections, our souls unbound.
Human fragments lie, truth is left unspoken.
